Our Core Values

  • We demonstrate our integrity by doing the right thing.
  • We continually work to protect our customers' information.
  • We exceed our customers' expectations.
  • We reinvest in the communities and individuals we serve.
  • We foster a fun, welcoming, and respectful environment for all.

Here’s one thing we can all agree on: We want a safe, healthy and prosperous community for our children and ourselves. We’d like to see our local businesses grow and thrive. Shop, invest, and volunteer locally. Be community minded. We are.

Wondering what we're all about? Here's just a few ways we regularly give back:
  • Each year we offer two financial education outreach opportunities for youngsters and young adults: Teach Children to Save (April) and Get Smart about Credit (October).
  • We sponsor the Everfi Financial Literacy program for the Perham and Frazee High Schools.
  • We give away over 800 trees during our Customer Appreciation Day (also Arbor Day)!
  • Each Thursday we send two employees from our Perham office to volunteer for Meals on Wheels. We've been participating since 2005.
  • Our Frazee office sponsors a Wednesday barbeque throughout the summer. Monies raised are matched by UCB, and all goes toward the Frazee school district.
  • Our Perham office serves Caribou Coffee, cookies, coffee, and popcorn everyday!
  • The third Monday of the month is a free movie matinee at the Comet Theater in Perham for seniors with our Summit Club account.
  • Each year our employees form a company team for Relay for Life.
  • We contribute to annual scholarships for high school seniors (Dollars for Scholars)
  • We assist in the United Way Backpack Program.
  • Bank volunteers participate in the Perham Elementary Reading Buddies program.
  • We send a team of 10 to pack meals for Feed My Starving Children every year the program is in the area.
