Hornet Pride Picnic Passes $100,000 Milestone
FRAZEE, Minn. – United Community Bank is proud to announce that this year’s Hornet Pride Picnic raised $10,000 again. That brings the program’s total contributions to $101,000 since the Hornet Pride Picnics began in 2010.
For 16 summers, the Hornet Pride Picnics have brought community members, local businesses, students, families and school supporters together to celebrate Hornet pride and support opportunities for Frazee students. They have become a staple on Main Avenue every Wednesday in Frazee.
“Crossing the $100,000 milestone is an incredible accomplishment and a testament to the generosity of our community. The Hornet Pride Picnic is more than a fundraiser. It is a community tradition that brings people together to invest in our students, support their opportunities and create a lasting impact for Frazee. It makes me incredibly proud to be a Hornet.” Ashley Renollet, Frazee Branch Manager, United Community Bank
Since its inception in 2010, the Hornet Pride Picnic has reflected United Community Bank’s commitment to supporting local schools and building stronger communities.
